Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the resort was truly unforgettable! The family suite we booked had plenty of space for all of us and offered stunning views of the snow-covered garden. The dining options were fantastic, especially the French and Chinese restaurants, but they did come with a higher price tag. The on-site amenities and services were impressive, making our experience even better. However, it would be great if dining options were a bit more affordable.
Staying at Sierra Resort was an unforgettable experience, thanks to its breathtaking location and exceptional facilities. The stunning architecture with large windows offers amazing views of the winter landscape, and the various dining options were delightful. On the downside, both restaurants can be pricey, and the hotel is a bit far from the main ski resorts, so planning is essential. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway that I would highly recommend.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, complemented by breathtaking views. The service was exceptional with staff always ready to assist. However, I found the dining options a bit overpriced and not as varied as I expected. The on-site facilities were great, but the hotel is somewhat isolated, making transportation a bit tricky at times.
We had a wonderful time at Hotel Sierra Resort during our three-night stay. The onsen experience was a highlight, especially the ice cream treats afterward! The dining was impressive, with diverse breakfast and dinner options. However, the cost felt a bit high for what we received. The room was spacious with great views, but it’s a bit remote from central Hakuba.
Our stay at Sierra Resort was simply magical. The onsen experience was heavenly, and the dining options left us thoroughly impressed. However, we did face a few bumps, such as the distance from the central bus station and the challenges related to room maintenance and bath bookings. Still, the beautiful setting and the overall experience made it a memorable getaway.
